The house

The home sits along a private road, with landscaped grounds, a circular driveway and a front porch. Multiple living areas combine modern finishes with antique furnishings. The formal living room features antique décor, while the upper-level great room has an open layout, a wood-burning fireplace, exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, skylights and hardwood floors. A wraparound deck with distant ocean views connects to the living and dining areas for indoor and outdoor dining.

The eat-in kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, granite counters, a microwave and a breakfast table. Four bedrooms each have air conditioning, a television, a closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bed inventory comprises one king, one queen and two double/full beds. Two primary suites have outdoor access; the upstairs queen suite opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and has a soaking tub, dual vanities and a walk-in shower. There are four full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom.

Outdoor spaces include a wraparound terrace with a grill, two covered patio areas and the private heated pool surrounded by landscaping. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and a dryer are provided. Cooper’s Beach and Southampton Main Street are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
