Black Vista is in Stoke, Nelson. Tahunanui Beach is 4.7 km away; Saxton Field Sports Complex is 1.8 km away. The property is close to the Great Taste Cycle Trail, Stoke Hills, Richmond and Nelson city centre. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, with immediate on-street parking also available.
