The furnished home has nautical decor, ocean views, and decks on the middle and top levels. A top-floor library lookout holds more than 300 books. The third level contains the great room, kitchen and dining area, together with an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and soaking tub.

The second level has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access; an oceanside queen ensuite with a standing shower and deck access; a queen bedroom; and a bedroom with a double-bottom, twin-top bunk. A separate full bathroom with a standing shower is also on this level. There is a half bathroom on level 2.5 and laundry on level 1. The home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and streaming TV are available. The home uses a private well.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 20 and October 6–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. The property is approximately 6.8 miles up the beach and has parking for four vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
