The house has five bathrooms and two living areas, one on each floor. A fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware and coffee makers. Outdoor spaces include patio seating, a BBQ grill and a fire pit. Entertainment includes smart TVs, board games, ping pong and a basketball shootout game. Guests have access to community pickleball courts with equipment provided, a community hot tub and splash pad. The house also has a private entrance, dryer, carbon monoxide detector and a 240V 50A EV charging outlet.
Extended-stay and monthly rental options are available for this unit. Barbecue utensils and a grill brush are provided.
