Two outdoor dining areas each seat eight: one on the oceanfront deck and one in the private lava rock garden with mature tropical landscaping and shaded seating. The kitchen has generous counter space, wood cabinetry, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and dishes and utensils. A BBQ is also available. The oceanfront deck has lounge seating and overlooks the community sea pool and coastline. A private pathway leads through naupaka to the water’s edge. The property has over 200 linear feet of coastline frontage. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a king bed, ensuite bathroom and private lanai with outdoor access.
