## About the house

The 802-square-foot condo has one bedroom, a sleeping loft and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed; the loft has two queen bunk beds. Exposed wood beams, natural textures and a furnished living room with a fireplace give the interior an alpine character. A private balcony and mountain views complement the living space.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table, washer, dryer, television, heating and free Wi-Fi. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The surrounding pedestrian-only village streets provide access to shops, restaurants, après-ski bars and the gondola. No car is required for enjoying the village and nearby slopes. Long-term stays are allowed. The home is currently under renovation.

The gondola is an easy walk away. Shops, restaurants and après-ski bars are accessible along Vail Village's pedestrian-only streets; no car is required. No parking is included. The home is currently under renovation.

Maximum occupancy is four people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Reservation confirmation requires an electronic signature on the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellations before 110 days prior to check-in receive the initial payment back less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. The cancellation policy makes stays of 30 nights or more non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules a paid In-Stay Refresh; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the team. A credit card must be on file for arrival access. A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local team address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
