When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 14:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is before 11:00 on the departure day.
How does self-check-in work?
After booking, guests receive an outdoor entry code, a room code, and their room number.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or changes made up to seven days before arrival incur no fee. Later cancellations or changes, or a no-show, are charged the total reservation price.
