House rules
No parties or venue use. No smoking. No pets. Spa pool use is not permitted after 10pm. One external security camera monitors the entranceway and steps from the garage. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge by arrangement.
Getting there
The property is less than a 15-minute drive from Nelson Airport and Tahunanui Beach. Nearby hilltop walking and cycling trails connect to the Centre of New Zealand, Sharlands, Codgers Mountain Bike Trails, and the Maitai River. The beach is a short drive away, and the marina is five minutes from the property. The apartment has external access. The home has stairs. A retaining wall at the rear is more than 1 metre high and has no railing; children should not be allowed to roam above it.
