House rules
Guests must arrive in a high-profile vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive (4x4) during the winter season; this is strongly recommended year-round.
Getting there
A local park is within walking distance, and a dog park is less than half a mile away. Due to mountainous terrain, a high-profile vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive (4x4) is required during winter and strongly recommended year-round.
