House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. A travel cot can be provided on request. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. Low-season check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorization. The Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking, final cleaning €45 per booking, towels €7 per booking and bath mat €3 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A cancellation policy applies: no rent penalty from booking through 29 days before check-in; 50% from 28 to 16 days before; 100% from 15 days before through check-in and for no-shows.

Biscarrosse Beach is 10 km away; Biscarrosse Lake is 6 km away. Super U and Drive supermarket is 1 km away. A bus stop near Biscarrosse Village connects to Biscarrosse Beach.
