The house

Bikini Bottom is a charming two-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 6. This is the lower-level apartment in a larger cottage-style home. The living room is warm and inviting and has ample space to accommodate guests. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two dining areas, with a combined seating of up to 15 people. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.

The full bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and the hallway. There is a half bath/powder room off the kitchen which also offers a washer and dryer. Wifi is available. Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced backyard with seating and gas grill, and a corn hole/bean bag toss game perfect for cookouts! Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Bikini Top can be combined with Bikini Bottom and can be accessed through a shared, interior locked stairwell. The combination of both properties creates 5 bedrooms, with additional, flexible bedding options, and two complete kitchens and living spaces.
