The house

The second-floor great room has a vaulted ceiling, alpine accents, a plush sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment includes a 55-inch Smart TV, Blu-ray player, Wii console and Roku. The home has been refreshed with new paint and carpeting.

The open kitchen has stone countertops, high-end appliances, a dishwasher and cooking essentials. The dining table has four chairs and a long bench, with four additional seats at the island. A covered back deck has a grill, two Adirondack chairs and mountain views.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a stone fireplace, deck access and a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Downstairs are three guest bedrooms, each with a private shower-only bathroom and access to the back patio and private hot tub. The king guest bedroom has a gas fireplace; the king and queen guest bedrooms have Smart TVs. The third downstairs bedroom is a bunk room.

The condo includes free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, bed linens, towels and starter kitchen and bathroom essentials. There is parking for three vehicles. The home does not have air conditioning.
