Pets require prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted. Children are welcome. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $1200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. Access is available 24/7.

Bedroom 3 is accessible only from the exterior of the main house and has no bathroom of its own.
