House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed. All stays over 14 days require a mid-stay clean costing 50 percent of the departure cleaning cost, charged at the time of cleaning. The double kayak is currently unavailable.
Getting there
A car is necessary. A short path connects the home to its private dock on Big Lake. Downtown Mount Vernon restaurants are 8.5 miles away; the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is 20 minutes away.
