## About the house

The home sleeps six and has lake and mountain views. The open-concept living room features large lake-facing windows, a sectional, Smart TV and Sonos audio. The dining area seats six.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, kettle, rice cooker, cookware and dishes.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, lake views and an ensuite full bathroom. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed and garden and mountain views. There is also a second full bathroom.

An expansive deck provides lounge seating, outdoor dining, a propane BBQ and a private hot tub. A short path leads to the private dock. The private yard includes outdoor seating and a fire pit. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and life vests are provided. The double kayak is currently unavailable.

Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a laptop-friendly area and a printer/scanner/fax. A high chair and Pack and Play are available. Free parking includes a garage and ample driveway space suitable for a boat trailer. The home has a private entrance and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and outdoor lighting.

The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is 20 minutes away. Nearby short-drive destinations include Little Mountain hiking and biking trails, Overlook Golf Course, Costco, Target, Safeway and Mount Vernon Co-op. Downtown Mount Vernon restaurants are 8.5 miles away.
