The home has two living areas, two oceanfront decks, an elevator and two garages. The main living level combines a den with an HDTV, oceanfront dining and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Sliding doors open onto a deck overlooking the private pool, with access to the pool and beach.

The main-level primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, private bathroom with a tub and separate shower, and private deck access. Upstairs are two oceanfront king bedrooms with private bathrooms, tubs and separate showers, HDTVs and deck access, plus a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with a private bathroom. The upstairs den has an HDTV, a queen sleeper sofa and access to the third-floor oceanfront deck.

The ground-floor bedroom can also serve as a den and has twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen pullout sofa, an HDTV and a full bathroom. Near the pool, this space includes a wet bar and mini fridge.

Facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, two washer/dryer sets on the third and ground floors, an outdoor shower and a gas grill. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, toaster oven and coffee makers, including a Keurig. Linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Free parking accommodates up to six cars, with covered parking available. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, including children.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, including children. The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Improperly parked vehicles must be moved. For arrivals 31 or more days away, 25% is due at booking; within 30 days, 100% is due at booking. For cancellation within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable; 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided; 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded.
