The 1,800-square-foot townhome has three bathrooms, mountain and ski-slope views, and a living area with a wood-burning fireplace. Heating, ceiling fans and hot water are provided; the home does not have air-conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics, with a dining area. Entertainment facilities include smart TVs, cable/satellite television, a video library, board games and a game room. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available. A balcony/patio and grill/BBQ provide outdoor space.

Parking is available for two cars, with a garage for parking and gear storage. The home has a private entrance, self check-in, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and toiletries.
