Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed.

The home has two storeys set over three levels, with stairs up to the upper living room and deck. Nearby beaches are a short drive away. Lorne Beach is approximately 7 km away, Aireys Inlet approximately 8 km away, and Louttit Bay approximately 8.4 km away. On-site parking accommodates four cars.
