## About the house

Big Blue accommodates up to 13 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Sound-facing decks and a private pier with a gazebo provide places to enjoy sunset views. The home has a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs.

Level 1 has a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The recreation room includes a pool table, wet bar and full-size refrigerator; this level also has a theatre room and laundry. Level 2 has a soundside king ensuite with a standing shower, a half bathroom, and a great room with a gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. Level 3 has three king ensuites and a loft: one soundside ensuite has a standing shower and gas fireplace, another soundside ensuite has a standing shower and deck access, and the third has a standing shower/whirlpool tub combination.

Bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Four Seasons shared facilities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, playground, cornhole, parking, soundside access and beach access. Seasonal trolley rides serve the beach.

The hot tub is unavailable from December 2025 through March 21, 2026. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.

Private outdoor pool, size advertised as 10 × 25. Regular opening dates are April 25–October 10, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Optional extended opening dates run from April 11 through October 16, 2026, and April 10 through October 15, 2027, for $200 plus tax per week to extend pool dates. Shared community outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools are also available.

Wi-Fi is available.

The home is soundfront. Beach access is at Lala Court Beach Access, with seasonal community trolley rides to the beach. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No pets. No smoking. Saturday check-in and check-out. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
