Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. A cot is available upon request for an additional 35€ per stay. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Before receiving access instructions, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent a few days before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 4 km away.
