The villa accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a first-floor powder room. One bedroom is on the main level and two are on the second level. The first floor has a living/dining room with an HD television, marble flooring and cedar ceilings over the dining and kitchen areas. Outdoor spaces include balconies, patios, terraces, gardens and a Weber barbecue. Ceiling fans, cable/satellite television, an on-site security guard and a whole-villa backup generator are provided. The gated, controlled-access community has a fitness center and tennis courts.
