Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets up to 5 kg are welcome; consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay, and guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 60 km away; Manacor train station is 14.2 km away, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port is 55.8 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 15.2 km away.
