The house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms, six beds and four bathrooms. Coastal decor and two large screened porches provide indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, with views of the large Resort Village community pool.

The first-floor open-concept living, dining and kitchen area spans two levels beneath soaring ceilings, with seating nooks, large windows and access to the screened porch. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a game/second dining table, a TV and a DVD collection.

Outside are under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, a community boardwalk, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish-cleaning area and a park-style grill. An enclosed foyer has stairs to the upper floors. A guest-use elevator serves the living area and bedrooms, and a washer/dryer is on the ground floor.

Shared community facilities include pickleball courts, beach boardwalks, nature trails, bicycle and walking paths, community pools and a fitness center. Island shops, restaurants, nightlife and St. George Lighthouse Museum are nearby; Apalachicola is a short car ride away.
