## About the house

The home accommodates six guests and has 2.5 bathrooms. A double reception space combines a front living area with a large sofa and TV and a study area at the opposite end. The rear dining space connects to an adjacent fully equipped kitchen. A compact, paved private courtyard garden provides space for outdoor dining.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have king-size beds. Bedroom three has a super king-size bed that can split into two singles, plus a pull-out futon for flexible sleeping arrangements. The home is suitable for children and infants; a baby cot and highchair are available to hire.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a desk and laptop workspace, a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender and cookware. A washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. The home has heating, including floor heating, and fans are available on request. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Battersea Rise and Northcote Road offer shops, restaurants and bars; Northcote Road is pedestrianised during summer months. Nearby food shopping includes Marks & Spencer Simply Food, artisan butchers and cheese shops, with a Sainsbury's Local near Clapham Junction. Wandsworth Common is approximately half a mile away, with Clapham Common beyond. Clapham Junction station is 0.6 miles away and has direct trains to Victoria and Waterloo. Clapham South Underground is 1.3 miles away, with Northern Line connections to the City and West End in around 20 minutes.
