The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, wooden interior features, a full kitchen, a dining table, and a main living area with a large sectional sofa, TV, and wood stove. The lower level has a second living area with a TV and a desk and chair. Its wood stove is not for guest use. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have one queen bed; a twin pull-out couch and a double sofa bed in the basement provide additional sleeping options. Linens and towels are provided.

The heated and cooled garage game room has Ping-Pong, an air hockey table that converts into a pool table, foosball, and a poker table. Other amenities include a DVD player, board games, adult bikes, and on-site golf. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and stove; a gas grill and washer/dryer are also available.

Outdoor spaces include a screened-in sunroom, a furnished wraparound upper balcony, a lower deck, a lakeside firepit, and a private dock. Two kayaks are included. A high chair, changing table, Pack-N-Play, and an additional fold-up table and chairs are provided.

Lake Anna offers boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Anna Point Marina is less than four miles away across the New Bridge; Lake Anna Winery is six and a half miles away, and Fredericksburg is 30 miles northeast.
