The house

The 2,368-square-foot house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a gas fireplace, and there is a spacious dining area, an outdoor deck and a game room. Entertainment includes television with cable or satellite, a video library and board games.

The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen basics, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Outdoor facilities include a balcony or patio, a grill, a garden or backyard and outdoor seating.

Heating is controlled by thermostats, and ceiling fans are available. Window air-conditioning units serve the main and second-floor bedrooms from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The home provides a washer and dryer, bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and room-darkening shades.

There is a private entrance and self check-in. Exterior security cameras are present. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Parking accommodates six cars. Children and dogs are welcome.
