House rules
Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events are permitted. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. A lease agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking and must be signed electronically within 10 days of booking; the signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
Getting there
The home has two stories and is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Bethany West. A nearby trolley stop serves downtown Bethany Beach.
