The home sleeps up to 11 guests and has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 each have two twin beds; Bedroom 3 has one king bed; Bedroom 4 has three twin beds.

Outdoor spaces include a front deck lined with bench seating, a large backyard and a screened porch with a picnic table. Two outdoor showers are available. Inside are a well-equipped kitchen, three TVs with streaming capabilities, central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and a blender are provided. The washer and dryer are listed in a common space.

Community pool and tennis access require recreation passes. As of 2024, passes cost $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, subject to change by the community. Passes may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool; a copy of the lease is required when purchasing them.

A lease agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking and must be signed electronically within 10 days of booking. Final check-in information is released only after the electronic signature. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.

Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, the house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
