House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund.
Getting there
Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile away. The building has no elevator. The pool is unavailable to guests.
