Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before arrival. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.

The building has no elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 12-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
