The hotel

Berwick Lodge is a historic hotel built in 1890 and reimagined in 2009. Rooms include Deluxe, Superior, Mews & Feature, and Petit categories. Deluxe rooms have super-king-size beds, garden or countryside views, en-suite bathrooms, underfloor heating and freestanding claw-foot baths. Superior rooms have super-king or super-queen beds and marbled bathrooms; features vary by room. Petit rooms are described as suitable for one guest and have en-suite bathrooms.

All rooms have a smart television, DAB radio, coffee cafetieres, tea, biscuits and organic Bramley bathroom products. Breakfast is included depending on the booking package and can also be added. The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving seasonal dining, and offers access to its book and board-game collection. Guest parking is complimentary; electric-vehicle charging is available at a cost.
