House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 every day and check-out is before 10:00. Final cleaning costs €100 per booking. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is held by credit card and is payable on arrival. Bed linen, towels, heating, internet access, open-air parking, tourist tax and certified disinfection are included. Express self check-in and arrival outside office hours are available as stated services.

Kirchberg bus station is 80 m away. Kirchberg town centre is 300 m away, Kirchberger Badesee is 750 m away, and Maierlbahn ski slope is 1.3 km away. Free transfer to and from Kirchberg train station is available by request.
