The house

Villa Bendecida looks across rainforest and Pacific coastline from a private ridge above Portalón. Walls of sliding glass open the main living spaces onto ocean-view terraces, with a fifteen-metre lap pool, separate plunge pool and sunset-facing hot tub. Two king suites and a queen suite accommodate six guests, each with its own bathroom. A chef’s kitchen opens to a hardwood dining table, while a dedicated office provides a desk, ergonomic chair and high-speed Wi-Fi. The private exercise room has benches, dumbbells, a barbell and plates with jungle views. A fenced pickleball court, grilling area, gas fire table and laundry facilities extend the estate’s facilities.
