## About the house

Benchmark Manor offers 11,100 square feet of living space in a wooded setting of aspen and pine trees. Contemporary interiors feature high ceilings, large windows, mountain views and open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces. The separate guest house has its own kitchen and living area. Bathroom facilities comprise seven full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Leisure facilities include a private hot tub, outdoor terraces, a theater room, gym and game room. The home also has a fireplace, grill, ski storage and boot heaters. Bed linens, towels, a crib, games, toys and books are provided. Kitchens include cooking basics, dishes, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. A washer and dryer are available.

The slopes are within walking distance, and ski shuttle service is available. Dial-A-Ride is available for trips into Mountain Village. A daily tidy is included, and longer stays are allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited.

A $16,000 refundable security deposit is required at booking. A $5,600.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit.

Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details.

Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Longer stays require additional cleaning and payment arrangements.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early arrival or late departure requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and is subject to availability.
