The house

The first-floor apartment is accessible by lift and accommodates up to five guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a Smart TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Fans and an iron are also provided.

The terrace has a table, chairs and sun loungers, with views of the communal garden and swimming pool. Both bedrooms overlook the rear balcony and have parquet flooring and wardrobes. One has a queen-size double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.

The residence has an adult pool, children's pool, jacuzzi area and children's playground. Pool access is seasonal, from 30 April to 5 October, between 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–21:00; swimming caps are required. A garage, an additional outdoor parking space and Wi-Fi are provided.

Sirmione offers Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, a panoramic lakeside road, Lugana vineyard cycling routes, thermal facilities, Villa Callas, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach. Verona Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
