The house

The spacious living room has sofas and a television, with a dining area for meals. A well-equipped kitchen provides space to prepare food during your stay.

Both bedrooms have beds, televisions and storage space. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, and fresh towels are provided. Bed linens, body soap and a carbon monoxide detector are also provided. Outside, the patio has garden furniture, including a large sofa and an outdoor dining table.

The home is close to local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. South Cliff Gardens is nearby, and Scarborough South Bay beach and the Esplanade are a short distance away. Scarborough town centre and railway station are within easy reach. Local buses serve the town and surrounding coastal villages; rail services connect to York and Leeds. The A64 connects towards York and the wider motorway network, while the A165 runs along the coast towards Bridlington.

Designated and street parking are available for guests. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Keys are collected from a secure key safe, with details provided before arrival.
