House rules

Maximum occupancy is nine people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events, and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared. The initial 50% payment is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes, and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

The home is in the Mountain Village core with walking access to skiing and town. A ski locker is on the lower level, and a private elevator serves the penthouse. Parking is limited to one car. The central location brings substantial activity around the building during peak seasons. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the Reservation Team for current updates.
