The maximum occupancy is four guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Small-size pets are allowed; extra cleaning applies when animals are present. The property is an apartment and is not fenced.
Getting there
The apartment is in the upper part of Noto. The centre is a five-minute walk via cobbled streets and stone stairways. Lido di Noto is 9 km away, Vendicari Nature Reserve is 11 km away and Lido di Avola is 11 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. There is no private parking; street parking or paid parking 400 metres away is available.
