The upper-floor entrance is reached by an external staircase among the trees. The living room has a double sofa bed, armchairs, a television and a dining table. An adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
On the lower floor, two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower. A third bathroom also has a shower. The covered terrace has sofas and a dining area, with coastline views from Cala dei Sardi towards Porto Rotondo.
