Floor-to-ceiling doors and windows face the beach, with a deck and second-story balcony overlooking the water. The furnished interior includes a kitchen, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine and dryer. There is no air conditioning.

Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and four queen beds. The primary bedroom has a TV, shower and toilet. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count; trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available on request. A pack n' play travel crib and high chair are available.

Two parking spaces are provided under the carport. The Mission Beach Boardwalk can be explored on foot, by bicycle or by skateboard. The home is suitable for quieter groups because of strict neighborhood noise restrictions.

The unit is on the second floor of a shared building. Two carport parking spaces are available. The home is oceanfront near the Mission Beach Boardwalk. Strict neighborhood noise restrictions make it suitable for quieter groups. Unannounced power outages may occur because of unexpected city maintenance.

The booking guest must be at least 21. Book at least 24 hours before check-in; same-day bookings are not permitted. Pets are not permitted, and unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee.

Be considerate of neighbors in the shared building. Amplified sound audible 50 feet from the residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM; even normal conversations must move indoors during these hours. No exterior amplified music is allowed; violations incur a $500 fine. Noise-policy violations may result in fines reaching $10,000. Speakers and sound systems are not provided.

Events, including rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties and social gatherings, require advance approval and coordination through AvantStay. Comply with local outdoor-lighting laws, quiet hours and limits on parties or gatherings.

Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided on request. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
