Listing description

Bright apartment in the heart of the university area, a few steps from the Two Towers and the Pinacoteca of Bologna.

The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a large living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table with two wooden armchairs, a dining table, a TV and a large bookshelf. Following the hallway, on the right, guests will find an independent kitchen with an additional dining table and equipped with all amenities, a microwave and an oven included. The kitchen also has access to a small balcony overlooking the roofs of the surrounding houses.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, a closet, a bookcase and a clothes rack, the other one with a queen-size bed featuring a wooden structure with drawers, two closets, a desk and a bookshelf. A bathroom with a bathtub, which can be used as a shower thanks to the presence of a curtain, and a bathroom with a large sink and a washing machine complete the layout.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity.

Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Less than 2 km from the apartment there is the central train station, while the airport is 20 minutes away by car.
