## About the house

The apartment accommodates six guests on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The living room has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, two wooden armchairs, a dining table, a TV and a large bookshelf.

The separate kitchen has an additional dining table, a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. It opens onto a small balcony overlooking the surrounding rooftops. One bedroom has a bed, closet, bookcase and clothes rack. The other has a wooden bed frame with drawers, two closets, a desk and a bookshelf. There are two bathrooms: one has a bathtub usable as a shower with a curtain; the other has a large sink and a washing machine. A hairdryer and iron are also available.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is in the limited traffic zone (ZTL), where leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Bologna’s central train station is less than 2 km away, and the airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
