## About the house

The solar-powered stone house combines rustic architecture with modern interiors. Its living-dining room has a sofa, armchairs, satellite television and music facilities. There are four bedrooms: two with a double bed each and two with twin beds. Every bedroom has a wardrobe and fan. Up to two cots and two high chairs can be prepared. The two bathrooms comprise one with a shower and another with a jetted bathtub and separate shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

Outside are a porch, eight sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and is 1.5–1.6 metres deep. It includes a Jacuzzi whose water cannot be heated. The property boundary is fenced, and there are neighbouring properties.

Artà is 3.2 km away, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Costa dels Pins beach is 11.5 km away, and Golf de Capdepera is 8.3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 64.3 km away.

The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
