The house

The solar-powered house combines modern and rustic interiors. Its living-dining room has a sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and music facilities. The kitchen has an island with two stools, an oven, microwave and gas hob, plus a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are four bedrooms: two with one small double bed each and two with two single beds each. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and fan. A cot and highchair can be prepared for babies. One bathroom has a shower; the other has a hydromassage bathtub and separate shower.

Outside are a porch, eight sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and is 1.5–1.6 metres deep. It has an integrated jacuzzi whose water cannot be heated. The property boundary is fenced, and there are neighbours nearby.

Artà is approximately 3.2 km away, with supermarkets, traditional bars and restaurants. Costa dels Pins Beach is 11.5 km away, and Golf Capdepera is 8.3 km away.
