## About the house

The apartment occupies the second floor of a recently renovated building with an elevator. Two steps connect the entrance hall to a bright, modern living room with a sofa, television, dining table and well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle, oven and dishwasher.

The bedroom beside the living area has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Steps from the living room lead to a loft bedroom with a sliding door and a queen-size bed. A hallway leads to the second bathroom, which has a shower. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The central train station is a 10-minute walk away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, but there are two internal steps into the living room and further steps to the loft bedroom. The property is in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL), active Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00. Guests can buy a 24-hour access pass at a tobacco shop. Construction sites, clubs and nearby gathering places may cause noise during the day and at night.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
