House rules
Maximum occupancy is seven guests. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. All stays longer than seven days require a mid-stay clean, charged once the reservation is confirmed.
Getting there
A car is necessary. An outdoor cat lives onsite and occasionally enters the house; guests with allergies should take this into consideration. Chickens may be present in the backyard and are maintained by neighboring residents.
