House rules
No smoking; no parties or events. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen packages are available. Optional kitchen cloths cost €2 per booking, a towel set €7 per booking, double-bed linen €18 per bed, single-bed linen €14 per bed, bath mat €3 per booking, and end-of-stay cleaning €130 per booking. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is collected by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Tourist tax applies. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Pors Carn sandy beach is 950 m away. Two outdoor parking spaces are available. The property does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet; do not use household outlets for charging.
