House rules
No smoking. No events. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to communicate your arrival time and arrange key handover. Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen services are available. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is collected by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €115 per booking. Optional kitchen towels: €2 per booking; towel set: €7 per booking; linen for one double bed: €18; linen for one single bed: €14; bath mat: €3 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use household electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
Getting there
The Pont du Colombier river is 100 m away. The Saint Jus restaurant, a grocery store and Boulangerie Miramont Yvon are each 450 m away. Sarlat-la-Canéda is 17 km away. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
