Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 150€/stay; consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The private upper terrace is accessed via communal stairs. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 0.01 km away. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and the bus stop are reachable on foot. The bus stop is 0.22 km away, with buses every 15 minutes in high season. Exterior parking is limited to one car.
