The apartment has an air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen opening directly onto the dining terrace. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms contain two double beds and two single beds in total; the twin bedroom also has a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
